How we work
All of our customer journeys are different
Do you want to expand your hygiene and cleaning brand? With us, you can choose to label our already developed products with your label or create something completely new from scratch. We're with you every step of the way, from initial contact to delivery and beyond.
Scenario 1: You put your label on our products
Step 1) Product proposal: You get in touch with us. Start by telling us what you want to achieve, so we can help you choose the right product for your business. Then we'll design a label that reflects your brand, and make sure the product and labelling comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Step 2) Sample and price: Once we have chosen the product, we offer you samples to test, to guarantee that we get it right. At the same time, you will receive a quote based on the production we have planned based on your needs analysis.
Step 3) Authorisation: After your approval, we start manufacturing your products in our factory with carefully controlled processes. We work hard to ensure your product is of a high standard and durable.
Step 4) Launch: Once everything is ready, we'll send the products on pallets directly to you. But we don't disappear after that - as your partner, we're of course always there to help with any questions and new orders.
Scenario 2: You customise your own product line
Step 1) Product proposal: You get in touch with us. We then start to map out your needs and wishes. Design, scent and function are customised to reflect your vision, and we ensure that the label and product comply with all relevant regulations and any eco-labels.
Step 2) Sample and price: We'll produce samples of your product so you can test and feel it before you decide. You will also get a clear price picture, based on your unique product line and the production we plan. This way, you can feel confident and have the opportunity to adjust before we move forward.
Step 3) Authorisation: Once you are confident and satisfied with the sample and price, we start production. Then we also take care of the purchase of the inputs needed according to your unique recipe. Throughout the process, we keep the highest focus on quality and environmental concerns for your product.
Step 4) Launch: Once the products are ready and labelled, we will carefully pack them and send them to you on pallets. And if you want to bounce ideas, ask questions or develop more products, we're still here after the launch.
Diskteknik – we produce for Martin & Servera
A third way to buy from us is via Martin & Servera. Diskteknik is their own brand of cleaning products that we manufacture, taking extra care to ensure that each product is able to clean deeply while being gentle on the environment. The products are specially designed for professional kitchens and help keep environments clean and safe.
